Job summary

Pertemps is hiring Contract Consultants in Chapeltown, Sheffield to support a large recruitment campaign. This temporary role runs up to 4 months with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, and ASAP start.

No prior recruitment experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided to develop recruitment and customer service skills. You will assist with candidate attraction, onboarding, compliance, and end-to-end processes, acting as the first point of contact for

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries
• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates
• Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements
