Job summary

GTS Group Ltd in Reading, United Kingdom, is seeking a hands-on Contract Quality Engineer for the Aerospace sector to work across factory floor, suppliers, and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

£45 per hour

We support a client in a critical phase where quality is the backbone of manufacturing decisions. We need a hands‑on Quality Engineer who understands aerospace expectations and can confidently work between the factory floor, suppliers, and international stakeholders. This is a long‑term engagement running through to the end of 2026, offering stability alongside meaningful technical influence.

You’ll operate across engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance, resolving non‑conformances, and strengthening processes where precision truly matters. Expect autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape standards rather than just follow them.
