Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote/In-Person)

We are seeking qualified,part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join ourprovider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled,AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.

What You'll Do

• Providecounseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-termgoal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessionsas medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completedbrief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms andareas of concern.
• Preferably, also be open to treatingadditional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, orfamilies.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availabilityand complete session documentation in a timely manner within ourscheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalitiesand interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, ourlicensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative caresupport team whenever you need assistance.
• Provide culturallycompetent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity andinclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who you are

• You have an unrestrictedlicense to practice counseling (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist,Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in the UK. We are not able to acceptapplications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
• Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years ofpost-training experience.
• You're comfortable with technologyand are telehealth competent.
• You are available to offersome amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Healthmembers in Middle Wallop, England.
• You have training andexperience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT,EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You are comfortable with providing safetyplanning and intervention during situations where a client mightpresent with higher risks.
• You are committed to qualityclinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase youreffectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
• You like working independently, but would also enjoy havingthe support of a team and opportunities for connections andcollaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinicalcare navigators.
