Vanrath is seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to join our Technology & Innovation team in Belfast. You will drive project excellence across a diverse IT portfolio, ensuring PMO standards and methodologies are followed, and supporting planning, scheduling, and reporting.

You'll need strong MS Office skills, familiarity with MS Project, JIRA or Planview, and excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based roles within structured delivery environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA or Planview.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, frameworks and methodologies.
• Support project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance metrics.
• Analyse data to identify project trends, risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and project documentation updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices.

• Day Rate equivilant to £40K salary + HP & Pension
