Position Details

We are recruiting a Contract Planner based in Glasgow. Candidates should be PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel, and possess effective communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising, monitoring, and recording purchase and hire orders; investigating invoice queries.
  • Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire.
  • Managing open work orders.
  • Planning work for fabric and electrical technicians.
  • Driving SLAs / KPIs to meet targets.
  • Maximizing technician productivity as per contractual targets.
  • Assisting PPM planner to ensure compliance SLAs are met.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and updating systems for open work orders.
  • Coordinating with parts suppliers and managing delivery issues.
  • Managing equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
  • Reporting on dashboard metrics.
