Job description

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Contract Performance Manager to join TMS/TCR. This senior role is crucial in ensuring contract compliance, driving service improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will act as the key link between clients, operational teams, and internal departments—fostering collaboration, innovation, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead performance monitoring across SLAs and KPIs using effective systems and tools.
  2. Analyze data trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for service improvement.
  3. Drive daily operating controls and corrective actions across departments and client accounts.
  4. Prepare and present performance reports and SLA reviews to clients.
  5. Implement SLA frameworks to reduce service credits and ensure contract compliance.
  6. Attend client meetings, manage performance actions, and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Build strong client relationships through key account management.
  8. Communicate business performance updates and key issues internally.
  9. Identify and refer commercial opportunities to the Commercial Team.
  10. Oversee the swift resolution of client complaints to maintain high service standards.
  11. Coordinate during peak periods to meet commitments and outcomes.
  12. Create internal and external case studies and success stories.
  13. Maintain and improve Joint Operations Manuals in line with contract requirements.
  14. Coach and lead teams, promoting best practices and proactive performance management.
  15. Drive the delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with business and client goals.
  16. Perform additional duties as required by Senior Management.

Working Hours:

Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with flexibility during operational peaks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) managing large, complex contracts.
  • Stakeholder management and financial control experience.
  • Strong understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks, contract law, and compliance.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Eligibility for an Airside Pass and a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in airport or transport operations.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Desirable Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience with data analytics and performance monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement, vendor, or commercial contract operations.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001).
  • Commitment to sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
