TLT is seeking a commercially minded Contract Paralegal to support its busy in-house legal function. The initial 3–6 month contract is paid on a day-rate basis via an umbrella company, with a remote-friendly setup.

You will be a key contact for internal legal queries, assist with contract review and administration, and help manage a varied commercial workload across procurement, supplier agreements, NDAs and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Experienced paralegal with exposure to commercial contracts.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Able to triage and manage high-volume stakeholder queries.
• Experience reviewing, drafting and amending commercial agreements.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Contract Paralegal - Commercial Contracts

We are seeking a commercially minded Contract Paralegal to support a busy in-house legal function. The initial contract will be for 3-6 months, paid on a day-rate basis via an umbrella company.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, triaging legal queries, and supporting the review and management of a wide range of commercial matters.

The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for legal enquiries, assessing and triaging requests from internal stakeholders and determining the appropriate course of action. You will support the legal team with contract review, legal administration, and day-to-day management of a varied commercial workload.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Triaging and managing incoming legal and commercial queries
• Reviewing, drafting and amending a range of commercial agreements
• Supporting the legal team with contract management activities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Escalating complex matters to senior legal colleagues where appropriate
• Ensuring queries are handled efficiently and in line with agreed processes

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Paralegal with exposure to commercial contracts and non-contentious legal matters
• Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions-focused
• Comfortable managing and prioritising a high volume of stakeholder queries
• Confident communicating with individuals at all levels of an organisation
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous in-house legal experience
• Experience triaging legal requests through a shared legal inbox or ticketing system
• Exposure to procurement, supplier agreements, NDAs, service agreements and other commercial contracts
• Experience working within a fast-paced corporate environment

Experience supporting a global business operating across technology, digital services, training, events or conferencing sectors would be advantageous.
