Job summary

Niyaa People is recruiting an experienced Painter for a contract role across Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will work independently in residential void properties, with a Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule.

The initial contract is two weeks, with the possibility of ongoing work, and fuel expenses for travel outside your usual area are covered. Materials will be supplied or arranged by the contractor, and you will be expected to complete decorating to a high standard while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a time-served painter and decorator.
• Experience working within void or residential properties.
• Able to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Flexibility to collect materials when required.

Responsibilities

• Completing painting and decorating work within void properties
• Preparing properties to a high standard for new tenants
• Working independently, usually spending several days at each property
• Collecting materials when required in coordination with the contractor
