Job summary

Gi Group UK is hiring a Contract Packer for their Loughborough site to support fast-paced packing operations.

You will liaise with the Contract Packing Supervisor, maintain storage, and assist the team to hit output targets while ensuring health and safety compliance. This is a Monday–Friday day shift with a 30-minute unpaid break, offering systematic hours and a birthday holiday benefit after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy required for accurate reporting.
• Ability to multitask across multiple tasks or lines.
• Experience supporting team targets and maintaining workflow.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor on workloads.
• Keep designated storage area tidy and organised.
• Support team to optimise output and maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure quality and output, assist colleagues to meet targets.
• Follow health & safety rules and company policies.
