Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for our Milton Keynes branch to lead a large temporary workforce on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisation and the ability to deliver under pressure.

Core hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility outside these hours as needed to meet client demands. You will oversee a team of recruiters and ensure service delivery across ~400 temporary workers, maintaining accurate reporting and

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters servicing a large-volume contract.
• Oversee a workforce of ~400 temporary workers.
• Monitor attendance and staffing levels; adjust as needed.
• Maintain staffing spreadsheets, reports and workforce plans.
• Liaise with temporary workers and client contacts.
• Drive compliance and ensure all worker documentation is up to date.
