Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Contract Negotiator to lead negotiations of clinical trial site agreements and related documents. You will collaborate with sponsors, sites, and legal teams to ensure timely activation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years in contract management within clinical research, strong negotiation and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work across cross-functional teams in a sponsor-dedicated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites, ensuring agreements are completed on time and meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Manage contract changes and additional agreements while balancing business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract planning and study start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs.
• Help develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents.
• Prepare and negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, and budget templates based on project and sponsor needs.
• Work closely with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional study start-up teams to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Provide contract-related guidance and support to study teams on operational and financial matters.
• Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making.
• Monitor contract activities to ensure timelines, milestones, and financial goals are met.
