Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Engineer to design, deploy and operate ML systems in production environments. You will work across the full ML lifecycle, from data processing to model deployment, monitoring and retraining.

The role emphasises collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, owning technical trade-offs, and delivering value-driven ML solutions while continuously learning and applying best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI/ML architectures in production ecosystems.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with modern ML tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow).
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines, version control and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to articulate trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
