  3. Produce and edit copy suitable for different media, considering UX and project flow.
  4. Collaborate with Client Services to develop innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  5. Mentor junior team members and support their development.
  6. Maintain and expand knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., ABPI Code of Practice) and medical approval processes (Zinc, Veeva).

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3+ years of agency experience in creative/promotional medical writing.
  • Experience in a creative healthcare communications agency with promotional materials.
  • Therapeutic experience in diagnostics is a plus.
  • Global experience and line management/mentoring skills are desirable.
  • Knowledge of ABPI guidelines.
  • Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and creative briefs.

Note: Recent graduates with no agency experience are not suitable for this role, but other junior or graduate roles are available.

  • Investment in #LYNXLife and #LXAcademy programs.
  • Benefits include hybrid working, holiday allowance, flexible holiday options, early finish on Fridays, seasonal hours, enhanced family leave, learning support, sabbaticals, travel loans, cycle scheme, life insurance, pension, company events, volunteer days, wellbeing programs, healthcare benefits, and Employee Assistance Programme.
