In this role you will:

As a Contracts Manager at WebBeds, you will play a critical role in securing competitive hotel contracts within your regions. Your efforts will contribute to achieving company KPIs, including securing the right mix of hotels, competitive pricing, availability, and margins. You will have full ownership and responsibility for all revenue streams in your destination area.

Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your regions to meet KPIs such as:

- Number and mix of hotels

- Competitive pricing and availability

- Revenue performance of hotels in your portfolio

Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners to align with WebBeds’ strategic goals.

  • Regularly review hotel performance, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality.
  • Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement contracting strategies.
  • Monitor destination performance metrics for continuous improvement aligned with company goals.

  • Proven experience in hotel account management or similar roles within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned regions and hospitality market dynamics.
  • Ability to meet revenue targets in competitive environments.
  • Experience building and managing hotel partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the regions are highly desirable.
  • Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the travel and accommodation markets in your regions.
  • Analytical thinking for evaluating market trends and performance data.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Contracting experience in the hotel industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with hoteliers.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years contracting experience in hotels (OTAs, Bedbanks, Tour Operators).
  • Understanding of current contracting models (dynamic and static).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
