Glendale is seeking a Contract Manager in Lewes to lead high-quality grounds maintenance delivery across the contract. You will oversee operative and financial aspects, health and safety, training, and succession planning to meet targets.

You will analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems, manage assets for productivity, and ensure compliance with ISO quality and environmental standards. A competitive salary and car allowance feature in the package.

• Lead delivery of high-quality and efficient grounds maintenance services
• Oversee operational and financial aspects including health and safety, training, development and succession planning
• Aim to meet budgetary targets and objectives
• Ensure full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes
• Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems to adjust the service
• Manage assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well-maintained
