Glendale is seeking a Contract Manager in Lewes to lead high-quality grounds maintenance delivery across the contract. You will oversee operative and financial aspects, health and safety, training, and succession planning to meet targets.

You will analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems, manage assets for productivity, and ensure compliance with ISO quality and environmental standards. A competitive salary and car allowance feature in the package.

The Opportunity

• The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality and efficient grounds maintenance services

• Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract, including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.

• Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives

• Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes

• Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly

• Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well-maintained for safe use

• Maintain compliance with the company’s ISO quality and environmental standards
