Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of the Joint Venture contract for the Euston Station project with the HS2 Client. This role covers contract administration, dispute resolution, and commercial oversight within a major construction infrastructure environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Law, with proven experience in contract management, administration, or construction law, and expert knowledge of NEC contracts to

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field.
• Experience in contract management/administration or construction law.
• Expert knowledge of NEC Contracts and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract terms, commitments, and Works Information.
• Manage subcontract terms to be back-to-back with the main agreement.
• Oversee the JV change control process and draft early warning notices.
• Advise on conflicts between contract obligations and current legislation.
• Support Project Director and Commercial Director in dispute resolution with the Client.
• Audit compliance with insurance, guarantees, and warranties.
• Provide regular reports to the JV Board on prime contract matters.
