This role is within our Metering team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain, and manage meters to ensure accurate billing and monitor energy usage patterns.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for excellent service delivery to serve as Contract Manager. You will oversee contracts, ensure obligations are met, and exceed customer expectations. Building positive relationships and identifying opportunities for service expansion will be key. As the first escalation point for customer issues, you'll collaborate with the Head of Customer and Operations teams to deliver superior service. You will also conduct performance evaluations, generate reports, and implement improvements. Anticipating and mitigating risks while staying ahead of industry changes is essential. Please note that although this role is remote, regular travel to the Newcastle Office for meetings will be required.
