Job summary

Invictus Group in London is seeking a Contract Manager with a mechanical or electrical background to oversee a portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts across London. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant and high-quality operational performance while building strong client relationships and contract performance.

The successful candidate will travel between client sites across London, with regular attendance at the Slough office, and will lead both direct and subcontract labour to drive

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong Mechanical or Electrical background looking for your next challenge?

We're recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts across multiple commercial sites in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll have full responsibility for client relationships, contract performance, and operational delivery.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contracts across London.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
