Job summary

Ser- in London is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee maintenance contracts across Central London and the Home Counties. The role is permanent and involves managing a mixed team of static and mobile engineers.

You will handle planned and reactive maintenance contracts around £1.5 million, with remote work allowances and periodic office visits. A UK driving licence and a mechanical or electrical qualification are preferred, along with a strong client focus.

Position: Contract Manager

Location: Covering Central London and Home Couties

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £60,000 to £65,000 plus car or allowance

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering commercial sites across London and the Home Counties

This Contract Manager will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance contracts with a value of approximately £1.5 million or above. They will be managing a team of static and van mobile engineers that will include air conditioning, commercial heating and electrical.

This Contact Manager will be expected to work remotely, but still happy to attend the office when needed.
