Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of a portfolio of contracts, including mobilisation, monitoring routine PPM works, and reviewing engineers' reports and quotes for additional works.
  2. Organise and monitor subcontractors.
  3. Retain and grow the client portfolio to meet profit margin targets.
  4. Maintain effective communication with clients to develop strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Manage documentation, including progress meetings and site visits, and ensure compliance with H&S policies.
  6. Lead and develop a team of engineers, setting objectives and delegating responsibilities.
  7. Liaise with internal support functions to foster a collaborative work environment.
  8. Assist in recruiting and inducting engineers and team members.
Person Specification

This role is based in Slough with regular travel to client sites in London and South England. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, always prioritising the client and going the extra mile.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Sound knowledge of building services and mechanical plant.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Health and Safety training.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing building services maintenance contracts and teams.
  • Proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
