Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager, located in Manchester. The Contracts Manager will oversee day-to-day management of cladding projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing supply chains, ensuring health & safety compliance, supervising the installation team, monitoring project progress, and managing budgets and resources. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical and commercial challenges collaboratively. Candidate must have a High level Knowledge of Cladding systems.
