Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role in Malvern to oversee commercial projects including schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges, universities and leisure centres.

You will manage contract administration, negotiation of subcontracts and client agreements, monitor costs and final accounts, ensuring compliance and resolving commercial issues with project teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects.
• Experience in schools, healthcare, MOD or leisure sectors.
• Experience in Tier 1 contracting environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment.

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Contract Manager for a permanent role based in Malvern, overseeing a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges, universities, and leisure centres.

The Role

• Full management of contract administration and delivery on high-value commercial projects
• Reviewing, negotiating, and managing subcontractor and client contracts

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects
• Strong track record in schools, healthcare, MOD, or leisure sectors
• Experience within Tier 1 contracting environments is highly desirable

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
• £5,500 car allowance
