Ivy Resource Group are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role based in Malvern to oversee a range of high-value commercial projects across schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges and leisure centres.

The ideal candidate will have proven contract management experience, a strong track record in education and healthcare sectors, and a stable career history. You will negotiate and manage subcontractor and client contracts while ensuring compliance and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects
• Strong track record in schools, healthcare, MOD, or leisure sectors
• Experience within Tier 1 contracting environments is highly desirable
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

The Role:

• Full management of contract administration and delivery on high-value commercial projects

Salary & Package:

• Up to £65,000 per annum
• £5,500 car allowance
