Job summary

Clear. is seeking a commercially minded BMS Contracts Manager to oversee contracts and delivery across a portfolio of BMS projects and service agreements in a hybrid working setup.

You will manage mobilisation to delivery, maintain key customer relationships, monitor performance and margins, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Strong communication and financial awareness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BMS/building controls contracts.
• Strong understanding of BMS projects and service delivery.
• Commercially aware with proven financial acumen.
