Contract Manager - Doncaster – £30-£35k p/a - Exciting Career Opportunity - Apply Today!

Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 360° Contract Manager, to be based at our client site in Doncaster.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the end-to-end booking process of HGV drivers
2. Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients for servicing and business growth
3. Participate and promote all engagement initiatives with teams
4. Recruit, book, and manage predominantly HGV Drivers for high-profile clients
5. Advertise, screen, and interview potential HGV drivers
6. Engage with clients and candidates, and manage people directly
7. Report on KPIs and SLAs

Note: While primarily managing HGV drivers, there may be some dealings with warehousing flex-employees.

Working Hours

The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required for busier periods, including potential weekend work. Current hours are 10:00 - 18:00. An on-call rota will be implemented on a pre-planned basis.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Understanding of legal requirements in the driving sector (WTD, HGV licenses, infringements)
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience within a transport environment
