Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Arguile, a leading technology business in the maritime autonomy and defence sector, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager in Edinburgh (or Bristol) with SC clearance or eligibility. You will manage contracts through their lifecycle and collaborate with BD, Programme Management and technical teams.
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage change controls, and identify commercial risks while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Commercial Contracts Manager opportunity with a leading technology business operating within the maritime autonomy and defence sector.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in supporting complex, high-profile programmes, working closely with Business Development, Programme Management and Technical teams.
Location: Edinburgh or Bristol – 3 days per week in the office
Security: Must already hold SC clearance or be eligible and able to obtain SC clearance.
Desirable: Experience within Defence, Maritime, Aerospace, Government or another highly regulated environment, as well as exposure to government frameworks or US government contracting.
You don't necessarily need US government contracting experience if you have strong experience managing complex government contracts and can demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a regulated environment.
Due to the security requirements of the role must either hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
If you're an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager looking for an opportunity to work on complex, technically interesting programmes within the defence and maritime technology space, I'd be keen to hear from you.
