Job summary

Veolia in Cambridge is seeking a Contract Manager to lead a key environmental services contract. You will oversee budgeting, performance, and client reporting while driving health, safety and sustainability initiatives.

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and proactively manage risks across all operations.
• Coordinate resources including procurement, recruitment, and equipment.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for your contract and the wider Veolia business.
• Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their culture and business drivers.
• Implement sustainability strategies and circular economy solutions for clients.
• Maintain open communication through team briefings, toolbox talks, and regular feedback.

Salary: 58,000 plus company car / car allowance, bonus and Veolia benefits
