Job summary

Nohow International Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a range of projects within the housing, refurbishment and construction sector. The role is client-facing and requires strong commercial and budget-management skills.

The candidate should have at least five years in a commercial position, ideally with experience in social housing or voids, and be able to travel to sites for meetings. Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential.

Job description

Our client is a Public, Private and Social Housing, Refurbishment and Construction contractor, and they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.

Candidates must have a minimum five years previous experience in a Commercial role, i.e as a Surveyor or Contracts Manager. The role oversees a wide variety of projects, and is also client facing.

You will play a crucial role in project costs and financial controls. You will work closely with the commercial team and project managers to ensure effective budget management throughout all phases of construction projects, and the successful completion of projects in a timely manner.
