Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd seeks Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers on a contract basis in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Immediate starts available with competitive hourly rates for LTD/Umbrella contractors.

Roles cover electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled maintenance across manufacturing sites, with various shift patterns and overtime opportunities. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing maintenance, PPМ, fault finding, and PLCs; engineering qualifications or apprenticeships are preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• PPM and reactive breakdown repairs and fault finding.
• Conveyor systems, packaging machinery, automation or production equipment.
• PLC fault finding is advantageous.
• Engineering qualification or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance on conveyor systems and packaging machinery.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
