Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a contract role in Peterborough.

You will lead a varied portfolio of civil and infrastructure schemes across retail, commercial and office sectors, advising on planning, design and project management. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, with 5+ years of consultancy experience, and demonstrated ability to work autonomously while delivering tenders, technical reports and consent applications.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering preferred with 5+ years of consultancy experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead civil/infrastructure projects through to construction.
• Experience in advising on planning, design, and project management of infrastructure schemes.
• Strong technical and client-facing skills for tenders, reports and consent applications.

Infrastructure Engineer - Contract

Peterborough

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy consultancy in Peterborough on a contract basis, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have senior-level consultancy experience and be confident taking a lead role across a varied portfolio of projects, including new-build and refurbishment schemes within the retail, commercial and office sectors.

A degree or HND in Civil Engineering is preferred, together with a minimum of 5 years' consultancy experience and the ability to work autonomously. Experience should include advising on, planning, designing and project managing civil and infrastructure schemes through to construction.

Strong technical and client-facing skills are essential, with responsibilities including the preparation of tenders, technical reports and consent applications, alongside the design of foul and surface water drainage, highways and wider infrastructure schemes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and PDS is required, while experience in preparing Flood Risk Assessments would be advantageous.
