Job summary

New Covent Garden Market is looking for a Contract Florist & Designer to support floral contracts and client management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in senior floristry, strong English communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable floral designs.

You will lead team coordination, supervise florists, and ensure operational excellence while engaging with clients. This full-time, permanent position requires flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in senior-level floristry or creative client services roles.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Genuine passion for floristry and enthusiasm for events.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and assist with quarterly reviews.
• Deliver floral design for weekly contracts, aligned with brand standards.
• Identify new business opportunities for weekly flower contracts.
• Supervise and support florists and freelance staff on-site.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for timely execution.
• Support planning and installation for seasonal projects.
