You will review AI outputs for inconsistent defined terms, broken cross-references, unbalanced clauses, and obligations with no trigger, and rate the reasoning. You will craft precise, dispute‑worthy clauses when the model falls short.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on contract drafting, review, or management experience.
• A sharp eye for ambiguity, internal conflicts, and one‑sided terms.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities
