A leading company is seeking a Contract Delivery Manager in London to provide engineering support, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage teams across various contracts. This role involves building client relationships, overseeing maintenance operations, and coordinating engineering audits to maintain high service levels.

Role Purpose:
Provision of comprehensive engineering support, maintaining systems within the London and regional portfolio, and mobilising new contracts as they arise. Have a detailed understanding of all current and new Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety/building codes of practice.
The Contract Delivery Manager is responsible for managing engineering teams, acting as a coordination point for daily activities across the portfolio, liaising with specialist service partners and project teams. Ensuring that all personnel conduct their work safely, professionally, and conscientiously.
Responsible for ensuring all activities (PPM, reactive tasks, breakdowns) within their portfolio are known and executed with regard to Health and Safety, maintaining 100% uptime. Also responsible for maintaining appropriate manning levels.
Maintain high standards of response to plant failures, completion of assigned work, and proficient handling of abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues.
