Job summary

KeyMed (Medical & Industrial Equipment) Ltd. (OKM) is seeking a Contract & Data Management Specialist to support service and repair agreements throughout their lifecycle.

You will own the administration and coordination of contracts, from setup and renewals through amendments, invoicing and terminations. Working with internal teams, you will ensure data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems, manage entitlements and pricing, and help deliver a seamless, professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years' experience in contract administration, data management, customer operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update service contracts in ERP/CRM systems.
• Manage amendments, renewals, and terminations per business rules.
• Ensure entitlements (coverage, pricing, response times) are correct in systems.
• Handle invoicing of service contracts accurately and timely.
• Communicate with customers about coverage and invoicing questions.
• Maintain data quality across customer master and installed base records.
