Job summary

Pertemps Heathrow & Hemel Hempstead in Newport is recruiting a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a data centre project near Cardiff. This full-time contract offers £40–£44 per hour, with shifts Monday to Friday up to ten hours daily and additional overtime/weekend options.

The successful candidate will commission and deliver BMS installations, configure software, run tests, troubleshoot faults and support handover through close liaison with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer.
Proven experience delivering commercial BMS commissioning projects.
Strong knowledge of Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Johnson Controls Metasys or similar platforms.
Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, controls and BMS software.
Experience working with live electrical and control systems.
ECS/CSCS Card and SMSTS or SSSTS.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
