Job summary

Office Owls Recruitment Limited is seeking a BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a nationwide facilities and building services provider. You will commission and test BEMS/BMS systems across commercial and industrial projects, from installation through handover.

Responsibilities include point-to-point testing, commissioning HVAC plant (AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, VAVs), configuring BMS controllers, and handling client handovers. Travel across UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' BMS commissioning experience.
• Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
• Experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon.
• Good understanding of BMS networking and communications.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read BMS schematics and control drawings.
• Good client-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

BEMS/ BMS Commissioning Engineer

Location: Midlands, Bristol, Swindon , Reading, Greater London
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + vehicle/allowance, overtime & benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their growing BEMS/BMS team. The role will involve commissioning, testing and fault-finding BEMS/BMS systems across a range of commercial and industrial projects.

This opportunity is with a well-established, nationwide facilities and building maintenance business, providing 24/7, 365-day support to commercial clients across the UK, and provides a comprehensive range of building services, including heating, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and air conditioning, allowing customers to manage multiple building services through a single specialist partner.
