Job summary

FGS Industrial Facilities Management is seeking a Contract Co-ordinator to lead the safe, compliant operation of HWRC sites, coordinating contractors and site activities to meet service standards and maximise efficiency. You will monitor performance against SLAs, manage RAMS and risk assessments, supervise environmental permits, and travel between sites.

The role demands excellent planning, strong communication, and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of HWRC sites to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
• Manage contractor attendance, performance and contractual requirements.
• Monitor site productivity, recycling performance and service standards.
• Support resource planning including labour, plant and equipment.
• Review RAMS and maintain accurate records of compliance.
• Lead safety investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
