Job summary

Service Care is seeking a Childcare Paralegal on a contract basis in the UK. You will support solicitors with administrative tasks in children's law and manage case documents from a case portal. The role allows flexible working with attendance once per week in the office.

Ideal candidates have paralegal or legal experience, an understanding of children's law, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in legal or paralegal roles.
• Knowledge of children's law (preferred).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in working with legal portals and document management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with administrative duties.
• Preparing and bundling case documents.
• Uploading and downloading files on the case management portal.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents.
• Maintaining accurate case records and correspondence.
