Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Chef for Friends School, Lisburn, a term-time 35-hour week role with Monday to Friday shifts from 7:30am to 2:30pm. You will prepare and cook to high standards, ensure HACCP compliance, and deliver excellent customer service in a contract catering setting.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience.
• Demonstratable knowledge of HACCP.
• Previous management experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring HACCP regs are followed.
• Ensure the service counter is prepped and ready for service.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to a high standard.
• Complete bookwork & admin as requested (purchasing, cash handling, daily sales).
