Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a contract Business Analyst to support mobilisation of a key programme. You will own business and functional requirements, ensure lifecycle traceability, and work with client units, external suppliers, and technical teams.

You will lead workshops, capture contractual requirements, and define process flows to support transactional service delivery, while ensuring traceability through development, testing, and BAU handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale mobilisation programmes.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into a traceable catalogue.
• Experience running client workshops and resolving ambiguities.

Responsibilities

• Capture and categorise contractual requirements using MoSCoW in a requirements catalogue.
• Lead client stakeholder engagements to clarify requirements and define deliverables.
• Create detailed process flow diagrams to support transactional service delivery.
