Job summary

KD Recruitment Limited is advertising a temporary Bookkeeper for a well-established SME in the Bridlington area. You will support the finance function and help clear a backlog of accounts work using Sage.

You'll manage day-to-day financial operations: raising invoices, handling the invoice factoring process, monitoring cashflow, and payroll administration from weekly timesheets. On-site parking and own transport required.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience in SME environments.
• Ability to process payroll and invoices using Sage 50.
• Self-motivated with good time-management.

Responsibilities

• Raise customer invoices daily.
• Manage the invoice factoring process.
• Daily monitoring of bank accounts and cashflow.
• Payroll administration from hours to payroll.
• Allocate payments in Sage.
