Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a respected house builder on a large 180-unit timber frame development in Liverpool. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day running and coordinate subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong Newbuild housing background, excellent organisational skills, and in-date SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications. Contact Molly in the Bolton Office for more details.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on Newbuild developments.
• Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and build processes.
• SSSTS or SMSTS - in date.
• CSCS - in date.
• First Aid - in date.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to health & safety, quality and programme.

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a respected house builder on a large 180-unit timber frame development in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established site team on a busy new build housing development, supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.

We are looking for someone with a strong new build housing background, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment.
