Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a diligent Contract Administrator to join our busy team in Stowmarket. You will act as a crucial conduit between multiple stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and timely distribution of planned works to meet client standards.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to team leaders, engineers, suppliers and tenants, bringing proven administrative experience within housing, premises or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily works for Heating Engineers, Multi‑Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices and distribute/communicate work accordingly.
• Ensure the cascade of data is accurate and timely.
• Keep up‑to‑date records produced and stored via appropriate mediums on time.
• Liaise with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
• Answer calls from Clients and Tenants.
