Job summary

British Engineering Services Group in Manchester is seeking a committed customer service coordinator to take ownership of customer queries from first contact through resolution and to plan and schedule inspections in line with the service strategy.

You will build strong relationships with engineers, adapt to changing volumes and processes, ensure accurate billing, and contribute to delivering consistently high levels of service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and resolving varied queries.
• Effective administrative experience.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and adapt priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach.
• Good level of IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
• Plan and schedule inspections, supporting the wider service strategy
• Follow agreed processes and procedures to deliver consistently high customer service
• Build strong relationships with Engineers and provide guidance on customer requirements
• Adapt to changing volumes, processes and technologies with ease
• Become a recognised expert in best practice across the team
• Interpret, calculate and analyse information to ensure accurate pricing
• Develop strong systems knowledge to deliver excellent service
• Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via phone and email
• Plan and prioritise your workload in line with business needs
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing

What will you be doing?
