Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in BT3 who are currently recruiting for an experienced Accountant to join our client's finance team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and provide essential support across a range of accounting and financial control activities.

There is potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial term, reporting to the Finance

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience using accounting software packages.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trial balance and assist with management accounts.
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts; maintain cloud-based accounting systems.
• Manage the purchase ledger and raise purchase orders.
