Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our on-site team at WMFTS UK. You will lead improvement projects, apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes to enhance quality, delivery and cost performance.

  • Experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, support problem-solving activities, and drive successful change.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Lean Green Belt, Lean Practitioner qualification, or equivalent preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies to identify opportunities and eliminate waste.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and successful change adoption.

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll work directly with the Continuous Improvement Manager while partnering with colleagues across a variety of departments throughout the business. This highly collaborative role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, influence positive change, and make a visible impact across our operations.
