Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner in the UK to join our logistics and warehousing teams. You will lead site projects, support operational excellence, and drive measurable business performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as the site PMO, tracking benefits, managing risks, and ensuring change initiatives are delivered. The role suits someone with a CI/PMO background who can influence stakeholders and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Aware of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with basic project management tools and techniques.
• Presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
• Some knowledge of IT systems such as M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info View.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the site Continuous Improvement plan and wider operational excellence strategy.
• Act as the site's PMO, tracking project progress, risks, issues and benefits.
• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.
• Lead smaller-scale projects from planning through to implementation.
• Facilitate change initiatives, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and report on project benefits and site improvement activity.
• Coach colleagues on Continuous Improvement tools and ways of working.
• Ensure new processes and improvements are embedded and sustained.
• Support system and operational change projects across the site.
• Work closely with site leaders and regional CI teams to drive improvement.

Are you passionate about delivering change and driving operational improvements? We're looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner to join our team and play a key role in delivering site projects, supporting operational excellence, and improving business performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll act as the site PMO, overseeing improvement projects, tracking benefits, and ensuring change initiatives are successfully delivered. This role would suit someone from a Project Management, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement background who enjoys influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the site Continuous Improvement plan and wider operational excellence strategy.
• Act as the site's PMO, tracking project progress, risks, issues, and benefits.
• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People.

• Facilitate change initiatives, process mapping, problem-solving workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and report on project benefits and site improvement activity.
• Coach and support colleagues on Continuous Improvement tools and ways of working.

• Work closely with site leaders, regional CI teams, and project stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of being involved or leading elements of a project i.e. basic Project Management tools and techniques.
• Presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
• Some knowledge of IT systems for example M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info view ideal.
• Experience of working closely with operations and developing effective working relationships.
• Experience of implementing change in a challenging environment.
• Experience of working in a project environment and of improvement activity.
