Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Support Manager to drive continuous improvement across six distribution centres within a £60 million revenue operation. You will partner with site and contract leaders to identify opportunities, build robust business cases and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

You will champion Lean thinking, lead cross-functional projects and embed best practices to enhance productivity, service and profitability in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering continuous improvement initiatives across complex, multi-site operations.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar to drive measurable benefits.
• Strong project management, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver outcomes on time.
• Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across multiple distribution centres and partner with site leaders to boost productivity, quality and service.
• Lead improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, building business cases and delivering measurable results.
• Champion Lean thinking and embed best practices across the network, coaching teams and driving change.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance and other functions to shape the future of CEVA’s operations.
