Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our Ollerton site.

You will partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and deliver outstanding service for customers. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 with a salary up to £50,000, 33 days leave, a company pension, private medical and dental insurance, an online GP service, life

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all level s.
• Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.
